Welcome to NIDELLA. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the NIDELLA online store and to purchases made through our website.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information on our website are accurate.

Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products or limit product availability where reasonably necessary.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded when we confirm your order.

If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or product information error, we will inform you and refund any payment already made.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information when placing an order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands.

Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Our standard delivery time is generally 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

NIDELLA remains responsible for the products until they are delivered to you, unless you have independently selected a carrier that was not offered by NIDELLA.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you purchase products from NIDELLA online as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at bynidella@gmail.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by NIDELLA.
