Return and Refund Policy

At NIDELLA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The 14-day period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at bynidella@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by NIDELLA.

Returned items should be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether the refund is approved.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs paid for the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception under applicable law applies, such as personalised or custom-made products where applicable.
