Shipping within the Netherlands

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands.

Standard shipping costs €4.99.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery times

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays or unexpected disruptions.

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at bynidella@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at bynidella@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can assist you.

International shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside the Netherlands.
